Brea Express Car Wash

I would give 0 stars if I could. Brea auto wash facility snapped our rear view windshield wiper off of my girlfriend's prius. I informed the manager and his solution was to point to a sign to say he was not liable. No apologizes. No offer to refund our money. We weren't even allowed to go get the snapped off wiper.

First of don't expect perfection but a shine only lasts depending if you leave your car inside or outside the garage. You have a choice of three different car washes through the tunnel: Brea, Imperial, and Birch. The pricing of course varies depending on what type of car wash you decide. Top tier wash (Brea) will give you, a small microfiber rag to wipe, along with a wipe, and car scented refresh(ner) for your to put around the rear view mirror. After which you come inside an open stall for vacuuming or high powered air-blower to clean the inside of the vehicle. You have a choice for added extras in relation to detail. If you think of coming here regularly instead of a single wash, you have an option of a monthly wash. Remember that you get what you paid for...Enjoy!!!

Used to give this place my business since they opened, but after my experience yesterday, I’ve decided their customer service or, lack thereof, is not worth my hard earned money, or valuable time. I had run my car through their wash, but noticed after I got home that the right side of my vehicle wasn’t washed in line with what I expect or have become accustomed to. After going back and asking to have it rewashed, we had a very unpleasant experience, with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had at this location. I was treated as if I was a liar, or was trying to abuse their business, and refused another wash to address the unusually dirty section, in a very unpleasant manner. I’ve never had to request this kind of touch up before so I thought it would be an easy solution, but I guess not… All in all, I used to support this place with my business, but will have to look elsewhere for our family’s cars now.

I’ve had a membership here for over a year, but after my experience today, I will be canceling. While several customers were still actively vacuuming, all equipment and lights were shut off. Staff explained that the system automatically powers down, yet this happened before closing time. If they close at 9pm, they should shut everything off at 9:05 or 9:10pm. Common courtesy for those who paid for a car wash. When I asked at 8:58 p.m., I was told that’s simply when the system shuts off, which is unreasonable, especially with at least six cars still using the vacuums. At 9:00 p.m., multiple customers were left in complete darkness. If customers are allowed to enter before closing, there should be at least a short grace period; five minutes, at minimum to finish vacuuming. This experience was frustrating and poorly handled by Jasmine and Irene.

I have traveled through every region in the United States. Brea Express Car Wash is the best I’ve seen yet! They excel in both quality of service and in person care. If you are in the Orange County area, I would highly recommend you stop by this car wash.
